Paneer chili Fry
Ingredients:
- 100 Gm Paneer
- 1/2 Cup green and red capsicum
- 1tsp ginger paste
- 1-2 green chili
- 1 onion finely chopped
- turmeric a pinch
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Procedure:
- Cut paneer into small pieces and capsicum too
- In oil fry onion, when translucent add cumin, ginger paste and slit green chily.
- fry well and add turmeric and salt.
- now add chopped capsicum, do not cook much, just fry for a minute.
- then add paneer , mix everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- if needed add salt.
- serve hot with chapati or roti.
